Warranty

Indi Lites LED Lighting Solutions (“Indi Lites”) warrants that all our lighting products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category, commencing from the date of purchase or delivery, as specified on the product invoice or packaging.

If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault, Indi Lites will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s) or product. This Warranty covers only manufacturing or material defects and does not apply to issues arising from normal wear and tear, customer misuse, improper installation, or natural characteristics of the materials used.

Limitation & Exceptions

Proper care, installation, and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply in the following conditions:

  • Physical Damage: Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling (including but not limited to drops, cuts, scratches, or physical breakage of housing/glass).
  • Improper Installation & Voltage Issues: Damage caused by incorrect wiring, installation by unauthorized personnel, short circuits, high voltage fluctuations, or use with incompatible dimmers/transformers.
  • Water & Moisture Damage: This warranty does not apply if an indoor-rated product (non-IP65/IP67) is used outdoors or in high-moisture environments, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product specifications.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any product modification, repair, or alteration by consumers or third parties not authorized by Indi Lites will immediately void this Warranty.
  • Clearance or Display Items: This Warranty does not cover items marked as 'AS-IS', clearance stock, or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.
  • Unauthorized Sellers: This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from Indi Lites or our authorized dealers/distributors.
  • Indi Lites's decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive.
  • The Limited Warranty will cover any item repaired or replaced under this warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period and the cost of replacement parts. It does not cover the labor cost for removing or re-installing the light fixture, or any transportation charges incurred to send the product to our service center.

At Indi Lites, we believe in providing long-term peace of mind. All our premium LED products come equipped with standard warranty coverage. For large commercial, industrial, or architectural projects, we offer extended warranty and maintenance support plans.
